Szymon Mrózek

A graduate of the Poznań School of Form in Fashion Design, gained his experience during international internships and workshops.

He began his adventure with the design industry at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, where he specialized in product design.

In 2013 he founded the brand Diligent. The main inspiration and design approach is the observation of social issues, which are often later used as part of the creative process. While creating he often transgresses standards and absorbs street style beyond his own comfort zone to ultimately create unique contrast-based concepts.

Marta Pospieszna

A graduate of the Poznań School of Form in Fashion Design, started her cooperation with the Diligent brand in 2015.

She developed her design and development skills in Poland and abroad, gaining experience in the creative industry.

In collections it is important for her to combine aspects of contemporary art with form and color and to translate it into a silhouette.

Multidimesionality it is a feature that accompanies her in creating inexpensive fashion solutions. She visualizes, she is an idealist who runs into the future without forgetting about the past.
