When you receive an incomplete order, make a mistake concerning the placed order or if any of the ordered products is damaged, please contact directly our Customer Service, sending an email to the following address: info@diligentclothes.com. Please, provide the order number and a short description of the problem.

In case of a damaged product, please provide the name of the defective product, describe the defect and, if possible, send a picture to the above address, and we will do our best to solve the problem
