RETURN

We know that returns can be difficult and complicated, which is why we
have done our best to facilitate the whole process for you. Of course, you
can return any product purchased in our online store and you have 14 days
to do so from the day you receive the package with your order.

You also have two options to choose how you want to make it.

1. Register the return on your customer account – log in to your account
and click the PRODUCT RETURN module. Follow the instructions on
the page.
2. If you are an unregistered customer, complete the RETURN FORM

If you are paying by cash on delivery, make sure that the account number to
which you want to refund is entered on your return form.

Next:

1. Print the return form (generated by your customer account) or (if option
2 is selected) GOODS RETURN FORM
2. Prepare the receipt that was attached to your order.
3. Place the receipt and return form with the item you want to return in the
box or shipping envelope.
4. You send the return yourself, by courier of your choice, or by POLISH
POST, send it to the following address:

5. Cash will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of delivery of
the package to our warehouse.
